The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers reveal that the CBS soap is doing really well with mysteries and thrills in recent times. Not too long ago, the soap sent fans wild with the sudden and unexpected dark turn that Luna’s character took. She came in as a sweet young lady, and soon turned into a living nightmare. But the thrills were only beginning. Soon after that, the story plunged into a mystery surrounding Luna’s paternity. We still haven’t solved that and Lo and Behold, we have another possible paternity shocker at hand!

You see, when Li Finnegan had her doubts about Jack Finnegan being Luna’s father, she ran a paternity test. However, the test came back negative, per The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers. Moreover, the test also did not highlight any familial connection between Luna and Jack. Now, speculations are rife that Finn Finnegan is Luna’s real biological father. The spoilers and the ongoing storyline also hint at the same.

However, here’s the catch- If Finn is Luna’s father, and Jack is Finn’s father, then Jack should have been a partial match for Luna. But the DNA reports highlighted no such connection. Which can only mean two things. 1- Finn is not Luna’s father. Or, 2- Jack is not Finn’s father. Now, we know that the story is very much heading towards Finn being Luna’s bio dad. There really is no other candidate to fill the spot.

So, does that mean Jack Finnegan did not father Finn? Well, considering that Sheila is the woman who gave birth to Finn, we are willing to consider that she lied. A B&B fan on Reddit voiced the same sentiments. “Sheila is a psycho manipulator so she could have lied to Jack that he’s the dad and he just believed her.” We have known Sheila Carter on the soap for a long time, and we have to admit, she is very much capable of lying and manipulating.

Perhaps, back in the day, she was obsessed with Jack and was hoping to have a family life with him. Thus, she lied about her baby’s paternity. However, there is also a possibility that it’s just lazy writing! Jack could really be Finn’s father, and the writers just did not want to go down the scientific road with all the nitty gritty of how real DNA tests work. And we have to cut them some slack, after all, it is a soap!
