CASEMIRO’S wife has responded to criticism of the Manchester United star by sharing an incredible snap of his trophy cabinet.
The midfielder was hooked off at half-time after a disastrous display in the 3-0 defeat to Liverpool yesterday.
Casemiro had a nightmare 45 minutes, giving the ball away in the build-up to Luis Diaz opening the scoring and he was then robbed in possession as the Colombian made it two.
His performance was slammed by fans and pundits like Roy Keane and Jamie Carragher.
But Casemiro’s wife Anna Mariana has hit back at the criticism by posting a photo of his glittering trophy cabinet.
The five Champions Leagues he won at Real Madrid are shown off alongside several other trophies.
But the reminder of Casemiro’s past successes will not make Man Utd fans forget his horror show against Liverpool.
Keane fumed at half-time on Sky Sports: “Same old problems. Man Utd look very open.
“Mistakes from Casemiro for all his experience. They are all over the place. Casemiro must be aware of what’s around him.”
Carragher added: “He’s had such a great career and won everything you can possibly win, and it is a sad sight seeing what he’s going through out there.

“A poor pass can happen any time, but the second one, getting knocked over, he looks shattered as he’s falling over.”
Gary Neville said: “Casemiro, for a player of such experience the amount of times he gives the ball away in bad areas.
“I would go as far as saying Casemiro has lost his confidence a bit.
“For someone who has won Champions Leagues galore – it can happen to you in games.”
Casemiro, who earns a whopping £350,000-a-week after his £70million move from to Man Utd two years ago, was close to leaving the club amid interest from Saudi Arabia in the summer.
But SunSport exclusively revealed how Erik ten Hag axed plans to get rid of him after being impressed by the player in pre-season and during the first two Premier League games of the campaign.
Casemiro did not want to leave United and the threat of being sold was said to have given him a jolt.
After a difficult season last year as he battled injuries and poor performances, he is said to have returned from his summer holiday fit and raring to go.
Ten Hag insists Casemiro is still a vital member of the team despite being subbed off at half-time, saying: “Why I subbed him was because we are 2-0 down against an opponent with their qualities, they are very good.
“We had to take risks because we want to bounce back, then you need players in midfield to cover ground, therefore we put Toby Collyer on the pitch.
“I think that in football everyone has to take responsibility. I’m sure he is a great character and he won everything in his career that you can imagine.
“I am sure he will keep contributing to our team and Casemiro is always winning so he will be there.”
