Katie finally stands vindicated now that Poppy has been arrested on The Bold and The Beautiful, for suspicion of murder. Although we are far from the suspicions actually getting proven and Poppy actually getting punished for the crime she did or did not commit, but Katie surely has added a win to her kitty.

In a recent chat with Soap Opera Digest, actress Heather Tom revealed that Katie is happy that she has finally managed to ensure Bill’s safety from Poppy. She believes that Poppy truly is a threat to everyone that Katie loves. Moreover, with the letters that she found in Tom’s backpack, Katie is also convinced that her fears about Luna’s paternity being a sham are also true.

In the upcoming episodes, Katie will ensure that Bill gets another paternity test to ensure whether or not Luna really is his daughter. Because if Poppy is capable of murder, she is certainly capable of forging a DNA test to fit her narrative. At this point, Katie just wants to make sure Bill stays safe from any and all of Poppy’s schemes.

Heather admitted that Katie is doing all of it because she genuinely wants to keep Bill safe, but also because she is lowkey jealous. Katie and Bill have a long solid history, and they have both changed each other on a very deep level. Thus, they can never really move on from each other, and would never be okay with seeing each other with anyone else.

The Bold and The Beautiful actress also added that there will always be some degree of love between Bill and Katie. Therefore, there is always the scope of rekindling romance between them.
