The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) are about to face another crisis in their marriage. All these soft and cuddly scenes at the cliff house are no doubt the calm before the storm!
When it comes to Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) paternity, the show is running out of options.
Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) is clearly on edge over the identity of Luna’s father coming out, but it’s obvious by now that Jack Finnegan (Ted King) isn’t her bio dad.
However, Poppy’s nervousness points to a buried family secret that’s yet to be revealed.
As much as Finn fans may not like it, B&B seems to be putting all the pieces in place for Luna to be Finn’s biological daughter.
Whether Finn had a drugged or boozy hookup with Poppy or there’s some sort of sperm donation curveball, Finn may be the paternity answer Poppy’s been hiding all this time.
With that in mind, we have to consider how Steffy’s going to react to this jaw-dropping revelation.
What will Steffy do once she potentially learns Finn is Luna’s father?
Steffy’s first reaction should be one of disbelief since this just won’t make any sense to her.
Once Steffy gets over the shock, she may accuse Poppy of preying on Finn and rant about the damage this secret has done.
No matter what the circumstances of Luna’s conception were, Steffy definitely won’t be happy about this family development.
If the woman who locked Steffy in a cage is indeed Finn’s grown child, that’s going to send Steffy on quite the emotional rollercoaster.
It’s one thing for Steffy to forbid Finn from seeing his mother, Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown), but it’s quite another to tell Finn he can’t be in his daughter’s life.
Finn will inevitably want to connect with Luna on some level, but Steffy won’t approve.
Although Steffy will probably feel like Finn’s opening the door to more chaos, Finn may be unable to turn his back on Luna.
It’s easy to see Finn feeling partially responsible for the way Luna turned out since he wasn’t in the picture as a father.
That’s not Finn’s fault since Poppy kept Luna’s paternity a secret, but he may still resolve to make things right – at least as much as he can.
Finn’s desire to bond with Luna could be a real problem for Steffy and their marriage. Once Steffy gets updates on the stunning news ahead, it could change everything!
