Adidas today unveiled the new Manchester United away kit for the 2024/25 season, which features an all-over embossed M graphic in honor of the club’s home city.
The royal blue textural feature, placed as a series of repeating circular patterns on a navy-blue base, pays reference to the 3D monograms commonly found on Manchester United kits 30 years ago. The artwork also pays reference to Manchester’s three rivers – the Irk, Medlock, and Irwell – which are very important to Manchester United since they mark the point where the Theatre of Dreams joins the city.
Three lighter colors of blue go through the polo club collar, connecting fans and players to their home club while playing away.
Silver detailing via the famous adidas three stripes down each shoulder, the adidas and sponsor logos, and the Manchester United Devil on the back of the collar complete the design, giving the club’s famed icon a modern and quality look.
