For a whole another decade, The Rock did not put a ring on his finger until he met his current wife, Lauren Hashian. The couple got married in 2019 and have been together ever since. However, The Rock likes to keep his personal life private.

His wish to not publicize his close ones often makes fans forget his stature as a married man. The Hollywood star has two daughters apart from Ava, who is already in WWE. So, when Johnson recently posted his wife on Instagram, many fans expressed their surprise at seeing her make an appearance.

On Mother’s Day, The Brahma Bull took to his Instagram to upload a video of him sitting alongside his wife. The two can be seen singing a beautiful song together while also guiding each other through it. There is also a can of ZOA Energy in the video, but the highlight of the video was Lauren Hashian, as it was a celebration of her motherhood. In the caption, Dwayne Johnson praises his wife for having been blessed from the heavens above with kindness. The caption conveys the gratitude and love that he has for her.

The comments on the post, however, provide a stark contrast with the wholesome nature of the video posted on Instagram. Fans focused on Lauren Hashian’s looks and criticized her demeanor in front of the camera.

Fans claim Dwayne Johnson could have done better

Some fans made sure to only ridicule the TKO Board Member’s wife. Others claimed that DJ could have secured someone better looking, looking down on his choice of a romantic partner.

A fan started by claiming that the Final Boss’s wife looks dehydrated in the video that he posted and could benefit if she drinks some water. “She look like she need some water bro,” the fan wrote.

This viewer believes that it is a good thing The People’s Champion doesn’t show his wife on social media often: “First time I ever seen his wife! Good thing he keeps her private.”

This seems like a shot at Dwayne Johnson whilst also being a call out to Lauren Hashian for not living up to the fans’ expectation: “Shocked by The Rock’s wife. I would never have guessed he was more about personality than appearance ’cause he seems very shallow.”

This follower also dragged Dany Garcia into their comment by allegedly implying that Johnson did not reach for a ‘better’ looking woman when choosing who to marry: “Rock really settled with both mothers of his kids sheesh.”

Another internet user who believes that The Hollywood superstar shouldn’t have been with Lauren Hashian no matter how good of a person she is. Despite being self aware, the user did not hesitate to voice out his view. “He can do way better she’s just a plain white skinny lady… sounds rude as hell and it’s what’s on the inside that counts but nah this don’t go together at all.”
