In an interview, Scott McTominay explained how hard Premier League football players train in the gym.
The gigantic 6ft 3in athlete has had a terrific start to the season with Manchester United. He has five Premier League goals, two of which helped United defeat Chelsea 2-1 in early December.
McTominay shared an Instagram photo of his well-toned frame while working out late at night before the 2022-23 season.

Now, the 27-year-old has revealed how he radically changed his body. He stated that his former Manchester United teammate, Paul Pogba, told him about muscular growth.
The Scotland international told FourFourTwo, “I think people would be shocked if they knew how hard players work in the gym and how high of an intensity you have to be to push yourself to reach those goals.”
Paul Pogba is attending extra Manchester United training sessions in order to regain his health and join Bruno Fernandes in midfield.

McTominay played 24 games for United last season, although the Dutch manager only started him ten times. He was allegedly in negotiations with West Ham over the summer about increasing his playing time.
