Paris Saint-Germain are ready to sell Manuel Ugarte to Manchester United, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Man Utd are active in the transfer market this summer. They have announced two quality new recruits early.

The Leny Yoro deal costs around 50 million euros, with add-ons potentially rising to 70 million euros.

So, as long as they meet the asking price, the Red Devils will get the person they need from PSG. After that, they will sell Casemiro or Scott McTominay.
