Paris Saint-Germain are ready to sell Manuel Ugarte to Manchester United, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Man Utd are active in the transfer market this summer. They have announced two quality new recruits early.
Accordingly, Joshua Zirkzee arrived at Old Trafford from Bologna for about 42.5 million euros, with a payment term of 3 years.
The Leny Yoro deal costs around 50 million euros, with add-ons potentially rising to 70 million euros.
While the deal for Yoro to join the Red Devils had not yet cooled down, Manuel Ugarte quickly reached a personal agreement with the team.

Most recently, journalist Romano added: “Paris Saint-Germain is ready to let Manuel Ugarte leave with the destination being Manchester United because they want Joao Neves at all costs.
Following Neves’ personal agreement with PSG, negotiations are still ongoing with Benfica over a transfer fee.
Man United and PSG are also negotiating a fee for Ugarte.”
So, as long as they meet the asking price, the Red Devils will get the person they need from PSG. After that, they will sell Casemiro or Scott McTominay.
