Nicki Minaj is backing out of her upcoming show in Amsterdam after she was arrested for allegedly “carrying drugs” in the European country last week.

“Due to the events of last week, the Nicki Minaj show on Sunday, 2nd June at Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam will no longer be taking place,” an announcement on the concert promoter Mojo’s website reads. “Tickets will be refunded at the point of sale.”

It does not appear that Minaj has addressed the cancellation via social media, which has upset her fans.

“Cancelling the Amsterdam concert is already a bitch move, But not even putting out a statement???” one critic wrote via X Saturday.

“Just give us a personal statement, at least acknowledging us. Maybe it’s cause I’m a seventeen fan girl but I’m used to celeb appreciation us and but ignoring all of her Dutch fans??? I’m regretting all the time I have spent being her fan.”

Another added, “Really disappointed @NICKIMINAJ cancelled her Amsterdam show for Sunday. I bought tickets in the pre-sale and was already slightly salty when they added an extra date a /week/ earlier, but to then cancel this one too….”

A third fan pointed out they had flown from India to Europe to see the rap superstar perform, adding, “We are upset that it didn’t happen the way we’ve imagined. We were really excited and looking forward to it.”

Page Six has reached out to Minaj’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back. The rapper was seen keeping a low profile on Saturday, as she was photographed hiding under a hoodie in her car.

Although Minaj has stayed mum regarding the latest update, she sounded off on social media when police first took to her into custody on May 25.

“They said they found weed & that another group of ppl have to come here to weigh the pre-rolls. Keep in mind they took my bags without consent,” the “Barbie World” rapper wrote via X at the time.

“My security has already advised them those pre-rolls belong to him. Oh yea & the pilot wants me to take my ig post down.”

Minaj, 41, also posted a video of the incident on X, in which she could be heard protesting to a police officer, “I’m not going in there. I need a lawyer present.”

The “Anaconda” rapper was eventually arrested on suspicion of exporting soft drugs, per local authorities, and released a few hours later with the condition that she had to pay a fine for an undisclosed amount.

However, the ordeal delayed Minaj’s travel schedule, forcing her to postpone her next “Pink Friday 2” tour stop in Manchester, England, later that day.

“I love you and I’m sorry this happened tonight,” the “FTCU” rapper told fans outside her hotel that night.

She then wrote in a statement via X, “Thank you to everyone who prayed for me today. May God cover you & all that is connected to you. May you be blessed beyond your imagination.”

Minaj also shared a series of posts that spoke about the 2021 arrest of Ari Lennox after she was allegedly racially profiled at an Amsterdam airport.

One of the posts read, “No shade, Amsterdam needs to be left off of the list of places to tour for black artists. Ari Lennox’s situation told me everything I needed to know about Amsterdam.”
