Kyle Busch breaks down how GOAT Michael Jordan makes 23XI Racing drivers “great”
The 2024 NASCAR season saw Michael Jordan’s team winning its maiden championship in just their fourth year in the spot. No:45 Toyota driver Tyler Reddick won the regular season championship with his consistency in the 23XI Racing cars, proving to the difference maker. Recently two-time Cup champion Kyle Busch has detailed the Jordan factor that is helping the team to succeed.
Those guys have such a resource at their fingertips, of being able to talk to that guy, ask him questions, ‘How did you handle x-moment, or what did you do, what was your thought process?’ All of those things, to get inside the mind of the greatest of all time, you know, and to have that resource is just phenomenal.Kyle Busch told NASCAR.
He highlighted that having the NBA legend in the garage will potentially make everyone around him great and it raises the bar for all the 23XI members. This is because of the fact that their crew knows the significance of their boss’s accomplishments.
That’s one thing that I feel like can make anyone great, and I feel like he raises the bar for anyone that works there, at 23XI, because they know who that guy is, and they know what his accomplishments have been.
Kyle Busch added.

It’s not different than Coach [Joe] Gibbs, right? We all looked at him, and we asked him those same sorts of questions, because he put himself in those spots with so many great players over the years, ‘How can I be one of his great players, and go out and win a championship?'Kyle Busch said.
The points made by the RCR driver makes a lot of sense as the presence of greatness always motivates others to maximize on their potential and prove themselves often. 23XI is getting a lot from Jordan and NASCAR should help them to maintain it as it only helps the sport to grow.
