Here are your General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 24, 2024.
What to expect on General Hospital
Alexis knows she is behind bars for a murder her baby daddy Sonny committed, and apparently, so does her lawyer. It doesn’t matter that Sonny hired Marty. Marty knows full well that the man paying him is the one who killed John Cates.
When Alexis and Marty meet up at Pentonville to strategize, it’s a case of two lawyers are better than one. Alexis and Marty already proved they worked well together when she helped him with Finn’s malpractice case, but now Alexis is the client.
As Alexis explains why she got rid of a gun and the circumstances behind her arrest, Marty tells her that the best way to free Alexis is to prove that Sonny is the real killer.
After Marty is gone, Heather promises Alexis that she will do what she can to help Alexis. Will Alexis inform Heather that she is already an old pro at being an inmate?
Carly and Sonny strategize
While Sonny thinks he’s doing the right thing for Alexis by sending her a lawyer, he still has to make sure he doesn’t get caught. That means that Sonny and Carly have to make sure to keep their stories straight.
Carly is already in too deep, and she is determined to help Sonny. The former spouses have to come up with a plan to make sure everyone believes they slept together but are not a couple again.
Chase has questions
Kristina looks like a deer caught in the headlights when Chase starts asking her some pointed questions she doesn’t know how to answer. Dante interrupts them and comes to his sister’s rescue, which aggravates Chase.
Chase and Dante find themselves butting heads when Chase asks why Dante was so quick to make sure Kristina didn’t have to talk.
T.J. and Molly’s emotional moments
It’s another hard day for T.J. and Molly as T.J. pours out his feelings to Aunt Stella. Will Stella have the right advice for her nephew?
Later, T.J. and Molly finally find a few moments alone together, but they are tense moments, as T.J. demands to know where Molly was the night before. Will Molly confess that she was at a bar, confiding in Dex rather than the man she is supposed to be in love with?
