Man Utd fans will always remember KOBBIE MAINOO, both on and off the field.
The England midfielder, who is 19 years old, shocked three sticker-crazy kids in a recent touching video.
Ever since he made it into the first team at Old Trafford, Mainoo has become a fan favorite.
In 18 months, the teenager went from being unknown to being a full England player.
This week, Mainoo worked with an app called Topps Match Attax to give three young fans moments that will last a lifetime.
When the kids won a sticker contest, they were told to go to a newsstand in Manchester.
When the winners went to get their 100-pack Match Attax gift box, they were in a good mood.
But they had no idea that Mainoo would be giving them the sticker sets.
In a touching video, the kids can gasp in surprise as Mainoo walks out from behind the counter.
The three young fans got a special card that he signed, which they took home and will treasure.
Mainoo told Topps, “Meeting these young fans was unforgettable. Seeing the joy on their faces as we surprised them was truly unforgettable.”
“As a kid, I loved trading Match Attax cards with my school friends and collecting them, so being a part of this with Billy was cool.”
“Seeing their raw passion for football and the excitement these cards bring reminds me of why I love the game.”
Ian Foster, the company’s Marketing and Digital material Director said, “This content is the essence of what Match Attax is all about bringing football fans closer to their heroes.”
Kabbie’s surprise appearance made this group of superfans a story they will never forget, and we were thrilled to make it happen.
“With innovative new inserts for the 2024/25 season, including some incredible ultra-rare cards to chase in special packs, Topps is looking forward to delivering more exciting moments like this to enhance the experience of our collectors.”
