Cardi B just days after her surprise announcement that she was breaking up with her husband Offset reportedly remains ‘very torn’ about their future together.
The split between the Bodak Yellow rapper and the Migos rapper has ‘been really hard’ on both of them, a source told E! on Monday.
Offset has reportedly been trying to win Cardi B back, but an insider said she’s ‘not on board yet.’

Cardi B announced the split on Instagram last week, after more than a year of marriage, which lead Offset to send out a tweet on Sunday stating, ‘F*** YALL I MISS CARDI.’
‘They haven’t been spending time together and Cardi expressed she still wants her space,’ said E!’s source.
‘She is very busy right now with her work and is focused solely on Kulture,’ the source added, referring to her five-month-old daughter with Offset.

The source added that Cardi, 26 (real name Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar), still loves Offset, 26 (real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus), and she, ‘wants her family to be whole again.’
The biggest issue was the rapper can’t trust Offset, due to the cheating scandal that many have speculated caused the split.
The scandal was sparked after a video leaked featuring Offset and a woman named Summer Bruni.

‘She has her up and down moments where she thinks there could be a chance they can salvage their relationship,’ the source added.
‘But then Cardi is also very upset over the cheating situation. She is very torn and is trying to stay focused on business matters right now,’ adds the source.
‘She doesn’t want to have to co-parent Kulture, but isn’t quite sure if they can make their relationship work.’

She also recently made headlines for clapping back at trolls who claimed the split was only a publicity stunt.
‘I wouldn’t put my family in a bad name for no f***ing publicity, ’cause at the end of the day, 10 years from now, my daughter, she’s gonna be looking at these type of things and she’s gonna be asking me about these type of things,’ Cardi said.
‘My relationship was never fake,’ she said. ‘I met this n***a, he was on my ass, I gave him a chance and we fell in love with each other.’
‘Things was not always gravy, ’cause at the end of the day, we are two different people. But we never did anything for f***ing publicity, b***h. You think I got f***ing pregnant, could have ruined my career for f–king publicity?’
