Cardi B has revealed her plans to expand her family once her current business commitments are complete. The 30-year-old musical superstar shared her intentions on Twitter, accompanied by adorable photos of her son Wave Set, who she shares with her husband Offset.
“My son so fire,” the Bodak Yellow artist tweeted. “I can’t wait to get business finished and have my third.”
Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, also shares a four-year-old daughter, Kulture, with Offset. The couple has been busy celebrating milestones, including Wave Set’s recent first birthday.
In the shared images, Wave Set is seen seated on a bedding display, donning a puffy gray jacket, gray beanie, jeans, and white boots. Cardi B has been actively sharing moments of her son’s growth, including a recent social media post of Wave preparing to take his first steps.
Cardi B has been working on her upcoming second album, following the success of her debut record, Invasion of Privacy, which won the Best Rap Album award at the 61st Grammy Awards. Despite halting work on her album due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cardi B is focused on finishing it and delivering two epic music videos.
Offset, 30, also has three other children from previous relationships: sons Jordan, 12, and Kody, 7, and daughter Kalea Marie, 7. The family recently united to celebrate Wave Set’s first birthday.
Cardi B’s forthcoming album, which remains untitled, does not have a release date yet. However, fans eagerly await its completion and the artist’s plans for expanding her family.
