Crocodiles usually reproduce by laying eggs . The reproductive cycle of this animal lasts for a whole year. The mating time is from October of the previous year to the end of March of the following year. Thus, the breeding period of crocodiles is from April to the end of October every year. And each crocodile has the ability to give birth to 1 litter within 1 year. Crocodiles will begin their first reproductive cycle at the age of 9-15 years.
