Lisandro Martinez was called up to the Argentina squad for their October World Cup qualifiers.
The centre-back wasn’t the only Manchester United player called up to the Argentina squad, however, Alejandro Garnacho had to withdraw due to a knee injury.
Lionel Scaloni’s squad will play Bolivia and Venezuela in two qualifying matches, and United fans will be praying Martinez doesn’t have any hiccups.
Martinez shared photos of himself interacting with Lionel Messi and other Argentina players prior to the game against Venezuela.
