Sean “Diddy” Combs knew how to get the party started, according to Ellen DeGeneres.

In a clip from her eponymous talk show that’s resurfaced amid the rapper’s sex trafficking arrest, the comedian once spoke about how the “party really starts” when the Bad Boy Records founder arrives.

At the time, Combs had arrived late to the set of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2018. DeGeneres asked her guest if that behavior would happen at an upcoming party she was throwing.

“Are you gonna be early for my party?” she asked.

“Yes, I am — no,” the “Act Bad” rapper, 54, admitted. “You know I have to arrive fashionably late.”

DeGeneres, 66, then begged Combs not to come to the festivities “too late.”

“What time would you like me there?” the dad of seven asked the talk show host.

“I’ll tell you later,” she replied. “But not too late. ‘Cause, you know, once you get there the party really starts.”

Combs told DeGeneres, “I got you. I promise you I’m not gonna let you down on this big one, for real.”

The “Will & Grace” alum then grabbed the “I’ll Be Missing You” emcee’s pinky finger, as he told her, “Your feet are gonna have blisters. You’re gonna be dancing so hard.”

“I can’t wait,” she replied.

Videos about Combs’ party lifestyle have been resurfacing after he was arrested last week on charges of racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.

At the center of his indictment are his notorious “freak-offs,” aka wild sex parties filled with drugs and alcohol.

Several people have come forward about Combs’ “freak-offs,” claiming they were drugged and recorded without permission while engaging in sexual activity against their will.

“[Combs] electronically recorded [the freak-offs],” Damian Williams, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, told the press last week.

“The freak-offs sometimes lasted days at a time, involved multiple commercial sex workers and often involved a variety of narcotics, such as ketamine, ecstasy and GHB, which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant.”

Williams said the disgraced hip-hop mogul “used the embarrassing and sensitive recordings he made of the freak-off as collateral against the victims.”

He also revealed the video evidence of these wild parties were seized during the March raids on Combs’ Miami and Los Angeles homes along with 1,000 bottles of lubricant and three rifles.

The Revolt co-founder pleaded not guilty to his charges and is currently sitting in a Brooklyn detention center without bail.
