Dwayne Johnson loves a good workout and, even more than that, he relishes spending time with his kids. His weight-lifting bouts in his at-home gym – the Iron Paradise – usually don’t intersect with any time he spends with his two youngest daughters. However, on certain occasions, his exercise regimen does crossover into his quality time with his kids. And in that rare instance, the result is nothing short of delightful. Johnson shared a clip of himself performing bicep curls. Yet here’s the kicker for those who aren’t aware of his skills – he used his five-year-old daughter as a weight, like it’s no big deal.

It’s not everyday that you witness a lovely (and spectacular) moment like the one mentioned above. But leave it to The Rock, who is also well-known to wrestling fans, to provide his social media admirers with such an entertaining sight. The 51-year-old uploaded the video on his Instagram page, showing his happy tiny daughter Tiana being raised and lowered. He was hanging out in the park with his child, enjoying the great occasion. The photo also had a message, in which Dwayne Johnson expressed his thoughts, saying, “it ain’t gonna be long before my youngest tornado outgrows the bicep.” It’s true that Tiana, who formerly struggled to understand why her father narrated Moana’s Maui, is spreading like a weed. Thus, there’s a good chance that she won’t be able to be lifted up and down by even her strong father for long. Nevertheless, it doesn’t look like that day has arrived yet, as the Hollywood star appeared to have no trouble lifting her with just one arm. All things considered, it’s a rather original way for a father and daughter to bond.

The Red Notice lead has already participated in this kind of unusual family exercise, so don’t laugh. He posted another video around the end of 2022, this one featuring him and his child curling. The reason the clip was so much better than the most recent one is that in the latter, the  celebrity was deftly switching arms. Watch the video down below.

That he is a man who takes his workouts seriously ought to be obvious, and with good reason. Being one of Hollywood’s most sought-after leading males, he must, after all, maintain peak physical fitness. Based on pictures the actor shared, his training for Black Adam alone was nothing short of amazing, and it included some really rigorous leg days. In the process, his biceps really did like tree trunks. (Now, I’m wondering if his daughter’s help with him contributed to some of those results.)

Of course, there are a lot of other ways for Dwayne and Tiana Johnson to get close besides curling together. They can undoubtedly savor one of Dwayne’s delectable cheat meals, which occasionally occur when the celebrity has a bad case of the “Monday F**k-its.” Over the years, The Rock has presented some incredibly appetizing-looking dishes, such enormous pancakes and fluffy biscuits. Tiana wouldn’t mind sharing a meal with her dad rather than becoming one of his weights, I’m sure.It’s great that Dwayne Johnson prioritizes spending time with his children, regardless of how he chooses to spend time with Tiana or his other daughters, Jasmine (7) and Simone (22). I would expect them to do that again in the future, given that his youngest is finding success with bicep curls. At least until she gets too big for him to lift, that is.
