Shortly after he returned from Pentonville, the shift in Drew’s perspective on life, coupled with the reappearance of his brother Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), played significant roles in their separation.

While some fans eagerly anticipate a reunion between Sonny and Carly, others are rooting for her to find happiness with a new partner.

General Hospital fans are buzzing with excitement as spoilers and rumors suggest that Carly’s chemistry with two new characters could lead to something special.

Initially introduced as John Brennan, Jack Brennan made his entrance into Port Charles, but his name was later updated to Jack following the arrival of Agent John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington).

However, those shipping Carly and Brennan received a dose of reality when Laura Wright addressed the speculation, and it’s doubtful they’ll pair her with Jagger either.

On the social media platform X, fans shared their thoughts about a potential romance between Jack Brennan and Carly Spencer, prompting Wright to swiftly dismiss the rumors with a straightforward, “it’s not.”

General Hospital Spoilers – Will Carly Spencer Move On?

What she didn’t address is if Carly will move on and be in a different romantic relationship, which implies Carly’s going to likely go it alone for the time being.

There’s always the possibility of either a ‘Jarly’ or ‘Carson’ reunion, but it doesn’t seem either will happen in the immediate future.

Carly’s life remains pretty full as it is with running the Metro Court, Bobbie’s, and caring for Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) and sometimes Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola).

Besides, with long running storylines just starting to wrap up, such as the Pikeman storyline that’s gone on nearly two years, it’s awkward timing.

In the future-who knows when and if and with who Carly might be paired-although we do know it won’t be Jack Brennan!
