Ice Spice is the latest cover star for *Rolling Stone*, and in her interview, she candidly discussed various topics including her rumored feud with Nicki Minaj, her ongoing issues with Latto, and her upcoming debut album.
The 24-year-old Bronx native, who recently collaborated with Central Cee on the track “Did It First,” shared her perspective on handling criticism with writer Jeff Ihaza. “When people ask me, ‘Oh, how do you deal with the hate?’ I don’t give a sh** because I won, bro. I win at life,” Ice Spice said. “I can only just be grateful for people talking sh**, for people supporting me. Everything that comes with the territory, I can only be grateful for.”
Regarding her relationship with Nicki Minaj, 41, with whom she worked on the song “Barbie World” for last year’s Barbie movie soundtrack, Ice Spice commented, “We don’t have the closest relationship, you know? But we’re definitely good.”
This interview follows recent drama when a former friend leaked messages in which Ice Spice was described as “delusional” and “ungrateful” over issues with contract negotiations.
