Fans have been asking for Blackie’s return for years. Could John Stamos’ Instagram status mean he is making a visit to his old stomping grounds from years ago? Will Blackie finally return to Port Charles?
General Hospital Spoilers – Port Charles Fan Fav Moment
General Hospital Spoilers reveal that a few years ago Stamos did a guest appearance on the show as himself.
Of course, Kin Shriner (Scott Baldwin) was a huge fan and mentioned following his career since he was Blackie on GH.
Scott also introduces him to Dominique Stanton (ex-Shell Danielson) and Julia Barrett (ex-Crystal Carson).
Stamos posted, “I did a guest spot on @generalhospitalabc years ago as myself and of course, got to work with one of my all-time favorite actors and good friend @kinshriner. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again -without General Hospital I’d probably still be flipping burgers at my dad‘s restaurant. I’m so grateful to the cast, crew and my good friends that were great mentors and great teachers. God bless General Hospital!”
GH Spoilers – Crossovers Galore
Stamos and Shriner have been friends for years. In Season four of full house, Shriner made a guest appearance as the cops who arrested “Uncle Jesse” on his wedding day.
Shriner also often supports Stamos’ other interests by sharing them on his social media as well including his appearances playing drums with the Beach Boys.
Shriner has an Instagram show called 2 Dicks that he does with former hospital star Marcus Coloma (ex- Nikolas Cassadine). Stamos made a guest appearance on the show in 2023.
Stamos hasn’t been on GH since his guest appearance as himself, however, Stamos seems to have fond memories of the show.
General Hospital Spoilers – The Nurse’s Ball
According to the show’s script, Black was supposed to have performed at the Nurses Ball a few years ago but had to cancel last minute.
There has been no discussion so far about the ball this year but that would be the ideal place for Blackie to appear and bring back another star or two as his guests.
Will Stamas return as Blackie Parrish and create a new generations of Blackie fans? Could Blackie get the Riff Raffs together for a reunion? General Hospital fans would love to have Black come back for even a surprise performance?
Will Black finally come home for the first time since he was sentenced to two years in prison. Isn’t it about time for Blackie to return?
