Three months ago, Draymond Green and wife Hazel Renee had a major celebration. Their daughter Olive celebrated her 10th birthday with a great birthday party featuring all of her siblings and friends. However, it seems the festivities aren’t to end so soon. As of now, Renee took time to celebrate her niece and one of her daughter’s best friends.
Taking to her Instagram stories, the actress wishes Curl of Art founder Artiera Hickman’s daughter Libby on her 10th birthday. It just so happens to be that Olive and the recently turned 10-year-old have been friends ever since childhood. Hickman shared a range of stories of the duo spending time since they were infants.
Now, on the day of Libby’s 10th birthday, Hazel Renee had a sweet message for her. “3 months apart! Friends since the womb! Olive been ridin for her girl! Happy 10th Birthday Libby,” she wrote in one of her several Instagram stories wishing her “niece”. It appears that Renee and Kickman have been friends for a very long time.
Likewise, the tradition is being continued by their daughters. Hickman herself shared stories of the duo having loads of fun even trying on makeup in one of those instances. Renee calls them the “Sephora Girls” out of love. She shares Olive with her former husband and NBA player Jacob Pullen.
Draymond Green continues to remain out for the Warriors
While the recent months have been amazing for the Green clan, the same can’t be said about the professional life of the Warriors forward. Since November, the Warriors have gone 17-20, slipping to the 11th seed in the Western Conference. In addition, Draymond Green is currently forced to watch from the sidelines.
Green has been dealing with some tightness in his back over the last few weeks. Along with a back injury, the four-time champion also suffered a left calf sprain which was aggravated during their game against the Washington Wizards. Green only featured three minutes in that contest.
Since then, he has missed three straight games and is bound to miss more. According to Anthony Slater, the Warriors will re-evaluate Draymond Green after a week. The team announced he will miss the next four games which is a major blow for the Warriors who are also without Jonathan Kuminga.
Sitting at an even 21-21, the franchise is desperate to gain some momentum having won just three of their last eight. Given how compact the Western Conference is, a string of victories can totally alter their position. However, doing so without Draymond Green won’t be easy. The Warriors are 3-5 without their defensive anchor this season.
